Share Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support, Inc (Share) is a non-profit organization that serves those whose lives are touched by the tragic death of a baby through pregnancy loss, stillbirth or in the first few months of life.
The primary responsibilities of this position include the role of being the “first voice” and “first face” for families and others who are callers and visitors of the National Share Office. Duties include general administrative functions supporting our programs, services and staff. Will also have primary responsibility for processing of catalog orders and dispatching resources to parents and professional clients.
Hours are Monday-Thursday 9-4 in the National Share Office, 402 Jackson Street St, Charles, MO 63301
Professional skills required include: telephone/personal communication, writing and use of Microsoft Windows/Outlook and database management. This candidate must be ability to handle stress in an emotional and multi-tasking environment, while articulating and demonstrating the ability to serve Share’s stated mission. Experience in a nonprofit organization is desired.
