Share Walk for Remembrance & Hope
October 17, 2026 at Frontier Park in St. Charles, MO
What is the Share Walk of Remembrance & Hope?
The Share Walk is a meaningful event that serves hundreds of families who have experienced the profound loss of a baby. The Walk offers a shared space for grief, connection, and healing. Each step taken honors and celebrates the life of your loved ones, while allowing quiet moments for reflection and remembrance.
What to expect?
At the Share Walk, there will be a ceremony including a message of hope, a memorial service, reading of baby names, a beautiful release of doves, before we walk together as a community. Before the ceremony, families will be able to mingle, enjoy coffee and food trucks, visit with Comfort Dogs, write messages of love at our Notes of Hope station, and see their baby's name on our Memorial Wall. Siblings can enjoy face painting and memorial art at the Creation Station craft tent.
Registration will open at 8am on the day of the Walk, Creation Station will open at 9am, and the ceremony will follow at 10am. Once the ceremony concludes, families can enjoy a community Walk on the Katy trail and around Frontier Park.
Each registration will receive a 2026 Walk T-Shirt. This year's shirt will feature our 2026 Share Walk Logo, designed by local artist Rachel Swain, on the front, with each baby's name on the back. Bereaved parents will be given Indigo Blue shirts and supporters will be given White.
If you have any questions or are interested in sponsoring, please email Emily Swain at eswain@nationalshare.org.
Every year, Show Me Doves is happy to provide this beautiful dove release to conclude our service as we remember our babies. We hope it brings you a feeling of peace, calmness and connection.
The First Capitol Lions Club will be preparing and serving a BBQ lunch after the Walk for $5. You can purchase a meal ticket when you register or you can pay with cash the day of the Walk.
T-shirts may be picked up at the NEW National Share Office at 1600 Heritage Landing, Suite 100, in Saint Peters, MO.
Pick up is available Sunday, Oct 11 from 12-4pm & Monday, Oct 13 from 9am - 6pm
Together, we walk for love. We walk to remember.
We walk to honor the ones who left these footprints on our hearts.
